2. Contract Formation
Placing an order on the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The contract is formed once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. An order number is assigned and must be retained for all correspondence. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and minor variations may occur.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before checkout confirmation. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout.
4. Returns & Refund Policy
Claim period: Any return or refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Minimum trial period: To ensure fair use of our return policy, refund requests due to dissatisfaction may only be submitted after at least 14 days of consistent use.
Return approval: Returns are not automatic and must be justified. Each request is reviewed and may be accepted or declined by our customer care team.
Return conditions (if approved): Products must be returned in original packaging with remaining capsules included. Empty, damaged, or fully consumed containers are not eligible for refund.
Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer, with costs capped at a reasonable maximum. Returns must be sent via a tracked postal or courier service.
Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt and inspection to your original payment method.
5. UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or remedy conferred by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any product that does not conform to contract, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage arising from a defective product.
6. Product Quality & Compliance
All products are manufactured in compliance with applicable UK regulations and international standards. In the case of defect or non-conformity, a replacement or refund will be offered after review, in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Order Cancellation by Menotonics
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the case of product unavailability, pricing errors, delivery issues related to the provided address, or payment processing issues. A full refund will be issued within 7 business days in such cases.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available throughout the UK and internationally.
Estimated delivery times:
UK destinations: 2–4 business days International destinations: 7–14 business days
All orders include a tracking number where available. We do not ship to PO boxes or temporary addresses including hotels or event venues.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages related to your order. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of income, data, or opportunity, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Menotonics products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.

11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, conflicts, transport disruptions, or other logistical issues.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Personal Data
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By placing an order, you consent to this processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
14. Third Parties
These Terms do not confer any rights to third parties. The contract is strictly between you and Menotonics Ltd.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
