1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
"Force Majeure Event": any event beyond our reasonable control (see section 10)
"PurrSupps", "we", "us", "our": refers to the website and the operating company
"You", "your": refers to any customer placing an order on the Site
"Order": the purchase of cat supplements via our website
"Products": cat taurine supplements offered for sale
"Site": our website
2. Contract Formation
Placing an order on the Site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The contract is formed once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
An order number is assigned and must be retained for all correspondence.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations may occur.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown before checkout confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout.
4. Returns & Refund Policy
Claim period: Any return or refund request must be submitted within 90 calendar days of delivery.
Minimum trial period: To ensure fair use of our return policy, refund requests due to dissatisfaction may only be submitted after at least 30 days of proper use.
Return approval: Returns are not automatic and must be justified. Each request is reviewed and may be accepted or refused by our customer care team.
Return conditions (if approved): Products must be returned in original packaging (container and box if applicable) with remaining product included. Empty, broken, or excessively used containers are not eligible for refund.
Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer, with costs capped at a reasonable maximum. Returns must be sent via tracked postal or courier service.
Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days after receipt and inspection to your original payment method.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
6. Product Quality & Compliance
All products are manufactured in compliance with applicable Australian regulations and international standards. In case of defect or non-conformity, a replacement or refund will be offered after review, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Order Cancellation by PurrSupps
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, delivery issues related to the provided address, or payment processing issues.
A full refund will be issued within 7 business days in such cases.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Australia and internationally.
Estimated delivery times:
Australian destinations: 5–9 business days
International destinations: 7–14 business days
All orders include a tracking number where available.
We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or temporary locations.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages related to your order.
We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of income, data, or opportunity, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Products are intended for feline wellness use only and are not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any supplement regimen.

11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, conflicts, transport disruptions, or other logistical issues.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Personal Data
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By placing an order, you consent to this processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
14. Third Parties
These Terms do not confer any rights to third parties. The contract is strictly between you and PurrSupps.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
