PurrSupps Returns & Refunds Policy
At PurrSupps, we are committed to providing a transparent and straightforward experience. Your cat's health and your satisfaction are our priorities, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
Eligibility Requirements
All return and refund requests must meet the following conditions:
A minimum 30-day trial period is required to properly assess product effectiveness for your cat. Requests must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned with remaining powder in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
Standard Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, approved returns must include the product container with remaining powder, original packaging (including box if applicable), and be in good, resalable condition.
Return requests require a brief explanation of your experience. Our customer care team reviews each request individually and reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet stated conditions.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to shipping error, we will provide either a complimentary replacement or full refund at our discretion. No product return is required for confirmed damage or defects.
First-Time Customer Guarantee
We understand that trying a new supplement for your cat is a commitment. For first-time customers who find PurrSupps is not suitable for their cat's needs, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer at a reasonable maximum cost when proof of postage is provided. Returns must be sent via tracked postal or courier service.
In cases of verified product defect or shipping error, PurrSupps covers all return shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Empty or fully consumed containers, products without sufficient remaining powder, items returned in damaged or non-resalable condition, and products returned outside the 90-day window are not eligible for refund.
Promotional Items
Complimentary or promotional products included with orders are subject to the same return conditions and must be returned with the primary product.
Refund Processing
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to product defect or our error.

Important Notes
