Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Timeframes
UK destinations: 2–4 business days International destinations: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required. International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Split Shipments
Occasionally, orders may be fulfilled across multiple packages due to inventory or logistical considerations. There are no additional charges for split shipments and you will receive tracking information for each package.
Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to our facility due to incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal of delivery, or prolonged recipient absence, refunds will be processed only after the package has been received back at our warehouse. Initial shipping costs and any applicable return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery Restrictions
We ship to most UK and international destinations. For logistical reasons we are unable to ship to PO boxes or temporary addresses including hotels or event venues. Menotonics cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully before completing your order.

What Does the Guarantee Cover?
Manufacturing defects including damaged containers, defective capsules, or expired batches, and shipping errors such as wrong product, incorrect quantity, or damaged packaging. In these cases we take full responsibility. A replacement is sent free of charge and no return is required in most cases.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the contact form on our website. Provide your order number and briefly describe the reason for your request. If approved, you will receive return instructions by email. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Empty or fully consumed containers, products without sufficient remaining capsules, items returned in damaged or non-resalable condition, and products returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error, in which case Menotonics covers all associated costs. Returns must be sent via a tracked postal or courier service.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any product that does not conform to contract, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage arising from a defective product.
