All orders are processed within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time.

Delivery Timeframes

Australian destinations: 5–9 business days

International destinations: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically—check our website for current offers.

Split Shipments

Occasionally, orders may be fulfilled in multiple packages due to inventory or logistical considerations. There are no additional charges for split shipments, and you will receive tracking information for each package.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to our facility due to incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal of delivery, non-payment of applicable taxes or customs duties, or prolonged recipient absence, refunds will be processed only after the package has been received at our warehouse.

Initial shipping costs, return fees, and any non-refundable taxes or duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery Restrictions

We ship to most destinations throughout Australia and internationally. However, for logistical reasons, we are unable to ship to post office boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or temporary addresses including hotels, event venues, or construction sites.
